Former Golden Eagles winger Alimi Sunday praised by his club after scored 2 goals in the ongoing U-21 Super Lig. Championship

Former Golden Eaglets Winger Alimi Sunday was on target as he helped his club to a 5-1 bashing of Basaksehir in the on-going Super Lig U-21 championship.
The former Lobi Stars winger was on from the start from the game where he show great foot work on the ball creating chances for the his team before he finally put his name on the scorers sheet in the 58th mins to put his sides 2 goals up.



With his effectiveness in the game, Alimi Sunday who was having a perfect match turned a provider in the 63rd mins after taking out two Basaksehir defenders before he laid up a easy pass for Ahmet Sivri to net the third goal for the Lions U-21 side.
Speaking after the game, Alimi Sunday declared that he will continue to put in more effort and commitment in order to help his team to clinch the Super Lig Championship.
Coach of the Galatasary U-21 side Metin Ulgen, showered praises on Alimi describing as team player and world class player to be in the nearest future.
The former U-17 player was part of the team that won the FIFA U-17 World Cup for the fifth time for Nigeria in Chile 2015.
